At your request, we will send you a complete start up package. Once you return all completed forms, we can get started. Be sure to continue to make your mortgage payments, property taxes, homeowner’s association payments, sewer payments, and other bills associated with the property. We will also need a copy of your landlord tenant insurance policy for our records.
Through a comparable market analysis, we will suggest and help you determine a rental amount. Factors such as square footage, location, the number of bed and bathrooms, and other amenities establish fair market competitive value to similar recently rented properties.
