Chase International Property Management operates as a portfolio-style property management company which means that once your agreement is signed, you have one sole contact to work with throughout the duration of our Management partnership. Your Property Manager is your only contact and will know every aspect of your property.

Our clients vary from a family owned single rental property to professional investors with multiple properties. Our clientele diversity has proven our ability to apply our services to fit with any investment requirement. We are prepared to provide the many important services a property management company must perform to ensure your investment receives the finest attention and financial success.

Tenant Screening
We do not underestimate the importance of one of the most critical aspects of renting out a property – that of proper screening and analysis of potential tenants. Properly screening tenants has proven to increase occupancy rates for our homeowners while decreasing turnover, wear and tear and damage to the home.

Our screening process includes, but is not limited to, credit checks, eviction records, background checks, income/ asset verification and previous rental history. Once the best tenant is chosen we prepare and produce the lease agreement package.

Prior to occupancy, an inspection will be conducted to accurately document the condition of your property and will include interior and exterior photographs.

Tenant Relations
At Chase International Property Management, we understand the immediate needs of tenants and answer or return communiques as soon as possible. To help tenants expedite their monthly rent, we offer a 24/7 software portal where they can pay rent online, obtain copies of receipts, see any outstanding balances, receive updates and notices.

Every day, every hour, your tenant will be able to email or report to us online about any necessary maintenance or repairs, or emergencies that apply to your property. From that notice, we will dispatch the appropriate personnel to solve the issue at hand as quickly as possible.

Lease Administration and Enforcement
An integral part of our services is our lease administration and enforcement programs. This starts with the preparation of the lease agreement that will include all addendums and disclosures required by Nevada Revised Statutes. Upon execution of the lease, we continue to manage and monitor rental payments and handle lease documentation.

If the tenants are not following the terms of the lease, we will immediately move forward to find resolution. If the
problem is not resolved, a notice of default is quickly sent to the tenant followed by eviction procedures.
