With a positive spirit to take one day at a time, Josh Villalobos is personally and professionally prepared to take on whatever the real estate market dictates year after year. Buyers and sellers alike find Josh’s fresh approach to the business and forward-thinking mentality to be just part of the talent that he brings to the Reno market. “I have a deep understanding of web-based communication and balance my business with a personal relationship-based approach.” As a Reno native, Josh has an insightful understanding of the benefits of investing in the region and has a strong referral base established from years in the customer service business. Although he’s known for his laid-back approach to life, he is relentlessly active in the great outdoors while enjoying family life and raising his young daughter. Shane Cauley

Shane graduated from Douglas High School in 2002. Then went on to play college baseball for the University of San Francisco and Chico State. After graduating in 2008 Shane started working for Lynne Cauley Real Estate Management and has been doing property management ever since. Now with a broker and property management license, my goal is to help Chase International Property Management grow and be able to help all past and future clients in the Carson Valley.

Fay Groves

Fay moved to Nevada in 2000 from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and has been in the Carson Valley area since 2006. Having lived in Pennsylvania, the San Francisco peninsula, Orange County, CA, and Atlanta, GA, Fay decided she loved the Carson Valley area. She spends her spare time cycling.

Fay's first profession was in corporate accounting for two Fortune 500 companies and she was a registered investment advisor for 25 years before becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2017. Most recently, she managed 12 Homeowners Associations before coming to Chase International Property Management.

Joely Machado

Property Management Assistant

Joely is a native Nevadan of 41 years and still loves living in Northern Nevada! Her first passion is her family, as she raises 3 amazing daughters, who are constantly keeping her on her toes. Her 20 years of experience in customer service made moving into property management an easy transition. No matter the job, Joely always strives to give our Chase owners and tenants a memorable and seamless experience. Joely is a key component of the Chase International Property Management team assisting the Gardnerville office and acting as assistant to our broker Josh Villalobos.

Shelly Castellano

Property Management Assistant

Shelly was born in Rockford, IL but has lived in Reno, NV since the 1980's where she has spent the majority of her life. She is a proud mother of 5 children, 3 boys & 2 girls. She also has 7 grandchildren! Having worked in the Property management field for 18 years, she joined the Chase International Property Management team in 2020 with a wealth of knowledge. Shelly knows property management inside and out, including being an onsite manager for a time.

Oh and did we mention, she is a fluent Spanish speaker too!

Martin VanDyke

Maintenance Coordinator

Born in Reno, Nevada, Marty has lived in Northern Nevada for most of his life. He first got started in construction working for his stepfather building custom homes. Over the years, Marty has owned and managed several businesses including a dive training and travel company. A few years ago, he moved to the Las Vegas area to help run his family’s steel fabrication and general contracting companies. In 2017, he returned to the Northern Nevada area and in September 2022 He joined the Chase family as the Maintenance Coordinator.

Brittany Wescott

Director of Operations

Brittany's first career was in Numismatics, followed by leadership roles in real estate administration, and property management. With over 14 years of experience in bookkeeping, administration, and customer relations, she has quickly become a trusted pillar of the Chase International team. Above all, she cherishes her family. She is a loving wife and a proud mother of two wonderful children. Balancing her career with her role as a nurturing parent is a testament to her exceptional time management skills and unwavering dedication. In her role at Chase International Property Management, Brittany brings her extensive experience, warmth, and genuine care for clients and properties.

Laura Long

Operations Assistant

Laura is a local to Northern Nevada. She has spent her entire life in the area, there isn't much about the Reno/Sparks area she doesn't know and love.

She has 2 daughters with her loving husband. Family is her number 1 priority. Most evenings and weekends are filled with activities, from camping to gymnastics, and everything in between.

Having spent 16 years in consumer lending, banking, and check cashing. One year in local government. She brings tons of customer service experience, a calm demeanor, and patience. Since joining Chase International Property Management in 2023, she has become an integral team member.
